We had a “doggone” good time at Hot dogs with the Top Dog. Jeff Friesen, the Director - officially dubbed the Top Dog - cooked up some hot dogs while our local police K-9 named Capone stole the show. Here he is showing what he is capable of to Ron Alexander, Colby police officer. Capone put on an impressive performance. Everybody in the crowd learned at least one thing. Capone
