Booked for Lunch was held February 4, 2009. Melinda Olsen, executive director for the Thomas County Community Foundation shared with us about the benefits of philanthropy to a community. She share with us how making funds available for many organizations to serve the various needs in the community help to draw our young families back to Colby once they have finished their education. She continued to encouraged us to plan ahead and designate funds that can be a benefit to this community in years to come. TCCF is currently building permanent endowments for Thomas County so that Thomas County residents will thrive!
